Hi, I'm Haydn — a web designer and developer. My mom, Debbie O'Brien, has been in real estate for over 30 years and a transaction coordinator since 2013. I'd watch her spend hours chasing sellers for utility info, retyping screenshots, and piecing together incomplete forms. It was frustrating to see someone so good at their job slowed down by something that felt so... fixable.
So I built her a simple solution. She loved it. Her colleagues did too. That's how UtilitySheet was born — from watching my mom do her job and thinking, "There has to be a better way."
