TC utility handoff checklist

Drop these steps into the listing-side workflow your team already follows.

  1. Add the utility-form link to the listing-side seller email template.
  2. Send the link when your process normally requests utility information.
  3. Confirm that the seller opened or submitted the form.
  4. Send one reminder if the form remains incomplete.
  5. Review provider names and public contact details for obvious errors.
  6. Save the finished sheet or PDF in the transaction file.
  7. Share the approved utility sheet with the intended closing participants.
  8. Never request account numbers, passwords, or copies of utility bills.
